4Cs Focuses On Nontraditional Careers With Gender Initiative

According to Maria A. Sastre, coordinator for Cape Cod Community College’s “Nontraditional Careers by Gender Initiative,” many public school-age students are still unduly influenced by gender stereotypes when it comes to considering their path in life.
