Ann DiGiacomo
Ann DiGiacomo, the director of EPD Associates, is a life-long educator and a nationally recognized trainer. Her experience in curriculum and training spans grades kindergarten through adult and includes both the public and private sectors. As the former Workplace Readiness Coordinator and Supervisor of Career Guidance for the New Jersey Department of Education, she coordinated the implementation of career development programs in districts throughout the state. Ms. DiGiacomo has also assisted the department's gender equity coordinator in program and proposal reviews.
She conducts research-based training in career development (K through adult) including relevant personal/social topics such as bullying, refusal skills, and assertiveness. Currently she serves as the career development representative on the school counselor's executive board, on the Vocational Education Association's executive board, and on the advisory board for the Nontraditional Career Resource Center.

Marylin A. Hulme
Marylin A. Hulme, directs the Rutgers-based field office of the Equity Assistance Center (EAC)* at New York University. EAC provides training and technical assistance to school districts in New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands on issues and concerns in gender, race and national origin equity in education. Her primary area of expertise is gender equity, including sexual harassment, Title IX, and fair and equitable treatment for girls and boys in all areas of K-12 education.
Hulme was recently elected to serve as chair of the NJ Gender Equity Advisory Committee that advises and makes recommendations to the NJ Department of Education on issues of gender equity. She is currently serving as co-chair and program chair for the annual conference of the Association for Gender Equity Leadership in Education (AGELE) to be held in Washington, DC, July 21-24, 2004.
*The Equity Assistance Center at NYU/Rutgers serves our federal region (Region II) and provides technical assistance and resources for infusing equity into K-12 education. They also have an extensive list of speakers and programs that can help your school or community.

Dianne McKay
Dianne McKay is a long-time advocate for women's equity. She is the chair of the New Jersey Council for Gender Parity in Labor and Education, which oversees the State's efforts to remove barriers related to gender in education and the workplace. Dianne was appointed by the Governor in 1998 to chair the New Jersey Advisory Commission on the Status of Women. She served as president of the New Jersey American Association of University Women from 1994-1998. She also chaired the Gender Equity Advisory Committee for the New Jersey Department of Education, and currently serves as the chair of the Advisory Committee for the Nontraditional Career Resource Center at the Rutgers University Center for Women and Work.
Professionally, Dianne is a trainer and consultant on gender equity and diversity issues. She is an adjunct professor for the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University, and a lecturer of continuing education for Farleigh Dickinson in sociology. Dianne conducts a variety of training on topics related to gender equity, especially sexual harassment and bullying, gender and communication, workplace issues, and others.
